I was great to see so many new dancers at our Harvest Moon Ball in September. And, it is always good to see our old friends who have been dancing with us for years. Our Band members really appreciate the loyal following of Dancers that seem to show up at every dance. I’m afraid without you REGULARS, these Great Dancing Opportunities that we all enjoy so much, would simply not be possible (financially). So, Keep up the good work and Keep On Dancin’

D.Anthony Music Productions Introduces New Band

D.Anthony Music Productions, Home of bands like THE CLASSIX, Swing Street Express, and The D.Anthony Big Band, has added a brand new band to their mix of great Dance Bands. The new Band is The D.Anthony Dance Quintet. This group will specialize in playing ballroom dancing music including Swing, Fox Trot, Ballads, Latin Dances, and Waltzes and will feature up to four vocalists per performance. It was designed especially to offer a very modest priced band to play to ballroom dancers such as Dance Clubs.

Dancers News to have New Format

D.Anthony Music Productions, after almost five years of publishing Dancers News has decided to expand it. Our plans are to continue to offer the free e-mail (monthly) format, but to also publish a hard copy (quarterly) printed version to be available for a nominal cost (to cover printing and postage). You may want to subscribe to both, because the new printed version will offer photos and other graphics that are difficult to do in the e-mail version. Both versions will include some different material as well as timely information on dancing events, to keep all of you up-to-date on the best dancing opportunities available. I also plan to have the letter ON LINE at danthonymusic.com.
So, if you are involved in dance clubs or are a dance instructor ( Or studio) please keep me up-to-date on what is happening with your organization so I can pass it on. Also, Dance Venues are encouraged to submit your events to me for publication and promotion. If you are active in a non-profit Fund-Raiser event, let me know.
